Chili lovers invited to Elgin fundraiser

On Saturday, Feb. 23, the Elgin Knights of Columbus Council 654 will host its 15th annual Chili for Charity Cook-off and Dinner.

The event will be held at St. Thomas More School gym, 1625 W. Highland Ave. in Elgin.

Chili judging contest begins at 11 a.m. and the chili dinner will begin at 3:30 p.m. and run until 7 p.m.

Proceeds from this event are awarded to the four Catholic elementary schools in Elgin, and St. Edward Central Catholic High School in Elgin.
