Round Lake Beach offers free entertainment for kids

The Cultural & Civic Center of Round Lake Beach begins its free children’s entertainment series at 11 a.m. Friday, June 24 with a performance by Shananagan the Clown. The civic center is at 2007 Civic Center Way, off Hook Drive behind Regal Cinema on Rollins Road and behind Home Depot on Route 83. This marks the first of a seven-week free concert series for kids of all ages. Families are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs, or bring a picnic lunch.
