Just where are green jobs going?

ABC reports that Presidents Obama's stimulus bill is creating green jobs; $2 billion is being spent on wind turbines but 80 percent of that money is being spent in China and Europe.

President Obama told us that he would create green jobs. He just didn't tell us which countries would get the green jobs.
