Kraft Foods opens Swiss center
Kraft Foods, based in Deerfield, Tuesday opened its recently completed European Kraft Foods Gum and Candy Research & Development Center in Eysins, Switzerland.
The state-of-the-art facility will focus on innovation and new product development for many of Europe's, and the world's, most beloved confectionery brands, including Trident, Bassetts, Carambar, The Natural Confectionary Co., Trebor and V6.
The opening event is the culmination of a two-year project, with a total investment of more than $14 million in the Center.
