New row houses under construction in Wheeling
Northfield Group has begun construction on its latest row house building. With a flurry of building activity greeting visitors to Millbrook Pointe, Gary Levitas, president of Northfield Group, said his increased sales have enabled him to offer improved homes.
“We listen to our customer requests and in our latest building, we've incorporated our buyers' suggested improvements to our plans,” he said.
While today's value conscious homebuyers are looking for the best buy in town, they do not want to compromise quality, Levitas said. At Millbrook Pointe in Wheeling, they don't have to.
At this established community, both first-time buyers and empty nesters are discovering all brick and stone townhouses priced from $269,900.
Several homes are available for quick occupancy so you can move right into a three bedroom, 2½-bath 2,200-square-foot townhouse in Wheeling that includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Pella wood windows and a full basement.
“Our buyers are impressed by our innovative floor plans and complete customization,” said Levitas. Spacious townhouses are crafted to feel like single-family homes. With up to 2,700 square feet of space, they have an abundance of windows that let the outdoors in. Kitchens are roomy and accommodate center islands, while master bedrooms are separated from the other bedrooms, giving the owner added privacy.
Since every buyer has their own set of preferences, Northfield Group allows buyers total customization within the footprint of their floor plan. Owners have redesigned a floor plan layout, modified a kitchen, revamped a bathroom, enlarged a bedroom, plus made other changes. “The sky is the limit. We address their expectations and offer many choices to help buyers make their home into a true reflection of their lifestyle,” Levitas said.
You can choose from two upscale townhouse plans. One offers four bedrooms and 3½ baths with a first-floor master suite. The other is a three bedroom, 2½ bath traditional layout. Features include separate living room with a Juliette balcony, two-story great room, spacious kitchen with granite countertops and a center island, vaulted ceilings, outdoor deck, and 9-foot basement.
In addition to the townhouses, buyers can opt for a charming three-story row house design featuring two or three bedrooms and 2½ baths. Two plans showcase a family room that can be converted to a guest suite, an open kitchen with island, separate living room and dining room, master bedroom with private balcony, and another large balcony or terrace.
