Ÿ Someone stole a cellphone between 9 and 11 a.m. Jan. 14 at CCL Label, 1862 Suncast Lane.

Ÿ Christopher A. Darlak was charged Jan. 15 with driving more than 40 mph over the speed limit, driving without a valid license, failure to notify the Secretary of State of a change in address, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis (2.5-10 grams), at Randall Road and Main Street, according to Batavia police.

Ÿ Between 1 and 1:30 a.m. Jan. 14, someone stole $250 at XSport Fitness, 81 N. Randall Road.
