Lee & Associates brokers commercial lease in Aurora

AURORA — Lee & Associates recently closed a long-term lease for a 43,276-square-foot industrial building located at 3950 Sussex Court in Aurora.

Terms of the lease were not announced.

Ryan Earley, vice president, with Jeff Galante and Terry Grapenthin, principals at Lee & Associates' Illinois office in Rosemont, represented the tenant, Savoye North America. The owner, Link Industrial Properties, was represented by Transwestern.
