Palatine firefighters host blood donor challenge

The Palatine Fire Department and the village's board of health will host a firefighter blood donor challenge from noon to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26.

The drive will take place at Palatine fire station 84, 220 W. Illinois Ave.

All donors will receive a commemorative T-shirt in appreciation for their efforts. Submarine sandwiches and refreshments will be provided, along with a coupon for a free Papa John's large pizza with one topping to all donors.
