Ex-teacher's aide reaches plea deal in child seduction case

GREENFIELD, Ind. (AP) - A plea agreement has been reached for a former Indianapolis-area teacher's aide facing child seduction charges.

The Greenfield Daily Reporter says (http://bit.ly/2c8zjmM ) the agreement calls for Kisha Nuckols to plead guilty to one count of felony child seduction and serve no more than two years of a four-year sentence. The remaining time will be spent on probation. She's due in court Monday.

The Associated Press left a message seeking comment from defense lawyer James McNew.

The 38-year-old was arrested in April and faced three counts of child seduction as well as a count of dissemination of material harmful to minors, a charge related to allegations she sent nude photos to a student.

Nuckols was a teacher's aide, lifeguard and substitute teacher for the Mount Vernon School District northeast of Indianapolis.
