2 men convicted of fatally shooting Syracuse couple in 2015
WARSAW, Ind. (AP) - Two men have been found guilty of murder in the shooting last year of a young couple in northern Indiana.
WSBT-TV reports (http://bit.ly/2dCDDh6) a Kosciusko (kahs-ee-AHS'-koh) County jury deliberated more than seven hours Thursday before finding 23-year-old Brandon Woody and 24-year-old Kyle Dehart guilty of killing 23-year-old Tara Thornburg and 19-year-old Joshua Knisely of Syracuse in February 2015. Dehart also was found guilty of obstruction of justice.
Prosecutors said the couple was killed during a marijuana deal.
