Longtime coach Toby Neinas joins Rutgers football staff

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (AP) - Rutgers coach Chris Ash has made another addition to his football staff.
Ash announced Wednesday that Toby Neinas will serve as director of player personnel. The two men worked together when they were on the staff at San Diego State in 2007-2008.
Neinas has coached college football for 20 years, spending the last three seasons as the special teams coordinator at the University of Colorado. He's also coached at the University of New Mexico and Montana State.
