Clubhouse Chatter: What siblings combos are the best in sports history?

What the sports staff has to say now that the games have resumed.

At the top are Peyton and Eli Manning with four Super Bowls. After that, it could be baseball's Alou brothers, hockey's Staal or Richard brothers or even the football Harbaugh brothers. But I'm going with the Esposito brothers, Tony and Phil, because I can.

The Manning brothers combined to win four Super Bowls and they also threw for close to 900 touchdowns. Tough to top that, but Henrik and Daniel Sedin were a lethal duo for the Vancouver Canucks, especially on the power play.

Tough to go against Eli and Peyton Manning at No. 1. Both won a pair of Super Bowls and they threw for a combined 905 touchdowns and more than 128,000 yards. At No. 2, I'll go with Phil and Tony Esposito. Tony won three Vezina Trophies as the NHL's best goaltender, while Phil was named MVP twice and racked up 717 goals.

The guys who succeed in different sports are interesting. One that comes to mind is Butch and Cris Carter, who played in the NBA and NFL, respectively. Butch also coached the Raptors for a short time. They're from Middletown, Ohio, where many of my relatives grew up.

Peyton and Eli Manning are an obvious choice with 4 Super Bowls between them and nearly a combined 130,000 passing yards - a staggering number even as pass happy as the NFL has become. There are probably better brother combos than Pau and Marc Gasol but I've always enjoyed watching both of them play both in the NBA and for Spain in the Olympics.

Peyton and Eli Manning. I love the Mannings! And how about sisters? Venus and Serena Williams!

It's hard to overlook Peyton and Eli Manning and Venus and Serena Williams. Tony and Phil Esposito are in my top three and the Sedin twins from Vancouver aren't far behind. As I narrowed by list, I thought of Chris and Kyle Long, but settled on Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko, both heavyweight champions with more belts then Men's Warehouse.
