Long Grove panel discussing long-term plan Tuesday

The Long Grove plan commission/zoning board of appeals will hold a public hearing on the village's draft comprehensive plan at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, at Woodlawn Middle School 6362 Gilmer Road, Long Grove.

This is the third hearing for proposed updates to the plan. Officials have said the proposed 2017 comprehensive plan update seeks to balance new development and preservation opportunities within the limited areas of the village that remain largely open.
