Melloncougar performs in Antioch Thursday

Melloncougar will perform from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Thursday, at the William E. Brook Memorial Entertainment Center, 902 Skidmore Drive, behind the east side businesses on Main Street in Antioch.

Upcoming "It's Thursday" events include an ABBA Salute on July 28; a classic and custom car show featuring The Blooze Brothers, Aug. 4; and Hillbilly Rockstarz, Aug. 11.

Thursdays in Antioch begin with a farmers market from 3 to 7 p.m. at 845 Main Street (Route 83 and Depot Street). The market features produce, flowers and jellies, beef, poultry, eggs, baked goods and more. Call (847)-395-2160 or email parks@antioch.il.gov for more information.
