The skinny: The Hawks will be looking for some serious payback after an embarrassing 3-0 loss at Nashville on Oct. 29 in which they allowed the Predators to outshoot them 51-20. Since then, Nashville has gone 1-3-2 to fall into fifth place in the Central Division. One of those losses came when Colorado erased a 3-2 deficit by scoring 6 second-period goals in just eight minutes. … Filip Forsberg (9) and Nick Bonino (8) are the leading goal-scorers. Forsberg has goals in four straight games. … Goalie Pekka Rinne went 7-0-1 with a .937 save percentage in his first eight games, but is 1-2-1 with an .837 save percentage and 4.59 goals-against average in his last four. … Nashville ranks 24th on the penalty kill with a 75-percent success rate. Vancouver went 3-for-3 during its 5-3 victory over the Preds on Tuesday. … The Predators are 6-2-2 at home.
