Grayslake village board special meeting

A special meeting of the Grayslake village board has been called for Saturday. Officials said the session will begin at 8:30 a.m. and is to focus on working toward a budget for the 2016-17 fiscal season that starts May 1. As part of the meeting, the village board is scheduled to review financial information and various capital project bids and routine operating service contracts. The board is projected to have a budget for final consideration in April. The public may attend the meeting at village hall, 10 S. Seymour Ave. in downtown Grayslake.
