Grain higher, livestock higher
CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were higher Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for March delivery was 3.50 cents higher at $4.68 a bushel; March corn was 2 cents higher at $3.65 a bushel; March oats were 2 cents higher at $2.0120 a bushel; while March soybeans was 5 cents higher at $8.8460 a bushel.
Beef higher and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
April live cattle was 1.45 cents higher at $1.3358 a pound; March feeder cattle was 1.33 cent higher at $1.5583 a pound; April lean hogs was .05 cent higher at $.7020 a pound.
