Judson to host final Preview Day of the school year April 1

High school students looking to find a college home that welcomes their faith and passion will want to visit Judson during the last Preview Day event of the school year Friday, April 1.

Preview events are held on Judson's Elgin campus, 1151 N. State St., to give prospective students a peek at campus life, course offerings and more.

This last Preview Day will welcome prospective students to tour the campus on the Fox River in Elgin. They also will participate in a meet-and-greet session with students and faculty in their desired majors and attend the day's chapel service, dine in the university cafeteria, and experience several campus-life activities.

The Preview Day 10 a.m. chapel service will feature dynamic speaker Efrem Smith. Smith is the president and CEO of World Impact, an urban mission, church planting, and leadership-development organization, headquartered in Los Angeles, Calif. He is also an itinerant speaker with Kingdom Building Ministries and author of the books, "Raising-up Young Heroes," "The Hip Hop Church," "Jump" and "The Post-Black and Post-White Church."

Judson University is a fully accredited, private Christian university of the liberal arts, sciences and professions.

The school offers a wide variety of extracurricular activities with musical and theater ensembles, 20 intercollegiate sports, student government organizations and several ministry opportunities locally and abroad.
