Sewer repairs in Lake Zurich

Work is expected to continue until the end of November on a sanitary sewer repair project in Lake Zurich. Officials said the village contracted to repair about 4,700 feet of 30-inch diameter sanitary transmission sewers along the south side of Route 22 and the centerline of Old Mill Grove Road. Work began last week. Officials said some residents may notice sewer odors during the project.
