Former Bear speaks on winning in high school

Former Chicago Bear and Glenbard East High School parent Ray McElroy will share "Secrets to High School Victory" when he talks this month as part of the Glenbard Parent Series.

McElroy's presentation is co-sponsored by the African-American Parent Committee Families United For Students' Excellence, known as FUSE, and begins at 11:30 a.m. in the library at Glenbard West High School, 670 Crescent Blvd., Glen Ellyn. Admission is free.

In addition, the event will recognize the leadership of many of District 87's African-American students. Lunch will be served, and all are welcome.
