Letter: Mixed-up priorities

Oh, come on now. Do we really need to spend one cent of taxpayers' money on redesigning the state flag? What a waste of time and energy, and of course, money. Why not designate the funds alloted to do this frivolous work to be given as a refund to all Illinois taxpayers? Outrageous. More proof Illinois has its priorities mixed up.
