Keep benefits of increases in Illinois

Gov. J.B. Pritzker, now that you have doubled the gas taxes and registration cost to pay for infrastructurework - something not one person in the state that's is not an elected official had any input on - let me ask you this: You have committed $45 billion to infrastructure spending. What are you going to do to make sure that the $45 billion only goes to Illinois-based companies? This will create 500,000 jobs. Great. Will this be only Illinois residents?

Let's keep this money in the hands of the people of Illinois. Somehow this is just a pipe dream for the money staying in the hands of Illinois taxpayers
