What about Congress?

I know the paper will be full of condemnation of President Trump and the NRA. The questions in my mind are: does the Congress bare any blame for refusing to address immigration? Do Sanctuary Cities bare any responsibly for defiance of Federal Laws? Does the left bear any blame for the heated and violent rhetoric aimed at this president? An environment like this brings out the crazies Plenty of blame to go around.
