Annual picnic at Hoffman Estates temple

The public is invited to Beth Tikvah Congregation's annual picnic from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, at the temple, 300 Hillcrest Blvd., in Hoffman Estates. A free lunch will be served and there will be activities for kids and adults. Building tours will be offered, and you can meet the temple's members, teachers and clergy.
