Have a say in 2050 regional plan

Public input is being accepted until Aug. 15 as the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning develops its new ON TO 2050 comprehensive plan.

The agency seeks input about transportation systems, access to jobs, housing, preservation of natural areas, workable tax policies and more. The goal of the ON TO 2050 plan is to enhance quality of life for the seven counties and 284 municipalities of northeastern Illinois.
