Nation has seriously overreacted to virus
The United States has completely overreacted to this COVID19. They have cost people employment and many businesses will never reopen. They have caused the stock market to drop drastically. They should have just treated it like the yearly flu except that they should have had people wear masks when in public and people should stay about 6 feet apart.
People in the USA will not give up their freedom for anything. By the stay at home order and closing nonessential businesses, the USA has caused grave damage to our economy that may never recover.
If people just use common sense, they will get by this. The problem is people do not use common sense. They do what they want to do.
Being over 70, I look at it this way. I have had a good life and lived well, if I drop dead tomorrow from COVID-19 that is OK. It is my time.
What the politicians did to the USA over this virus is terrible and they did the wrong thing. You will continue to have wave after wave of new cases. They should have just treated it like a normal flu and if you die from it, so be it.
