Limits not 'suggested'

The publication of Kim Zades of Schaumburg's "Happy to be leaving Illinois" letter mentions or brings up a valid point about adhering to speed limits. It is well to be aware that the word "suggested" is not on speed limit signs. Our recent travels through Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Jersey on tollways and expressways saw that 10 or more miles over were the norm and construction of one sped reductions were ignored by most.
