Water restrictions continue in Mundelein

Mundelein's summertime restrictions on lawn sprinkling continue through September. Watering is allowed between 5 and 10 a.m. or between 6 and 11 p.m. on even calendar days at houses east of Route 45. Watering is allowed on odd calendar days during those hours at houses west of Route 45. Newly planted landscaping may be watered at any time on the day of installation. After that day, new plants may be watered on any day but only during the permitted hours, for up to three weeks.
