France and England tie 0-0 in SheBelieves Cup

BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) - France and England played to a 0-0 tie Wednesday in the SheBelieves Cup women's tournament at FAU Stadium.

England finished third in the four-team event, compiling an 0-2-1 record and scoring one goal. France was fourth at 0-2-1 and no goals.

France is preparing for the Rio Olympics, while England failed to qualify.

Meline Gerard was in goal for France, and Karen Bardsley for England.
