Gages Lake Road closure starts

Lake County Division of Transportation officials announced the closure of a section of Gages Lake Road starting Tuesday. Gages Lake Road between Almond and Hunt Club roads was scheduled to close to through traffic starting at 6 a.m. through the early evening of Wednesday, June 22. The closure is necessary to replace a 500-foot section of pavement that was damaged as a result of a recent water main break. Local traffic will have access to Woodland Primary and Elementary schools from Hunt Club Road. Officials said drivers can detour on Almond Road to Washington Street to Hunt Club Road.
