Sen. Dan McConchie holds Fun Fest in Lake Zurich Aug. 27

Sen. Dan McConchie will host a Family Fun Fest from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 27, in Paulus Park, 200 S. Rand Road, Lake Zurich.

There is a suggested donation of $20 per adult, which includes a summer cookout meal. Children 12 and younger eat free. Beer and drinks mixed by Copper Fiddle Distillery will be available for purchase.

The event will feature raffles and games, swimming in the lake, live classic rock music performed by Get Back, a chance to win a ride in an exotic sports car, and a bag throw with the senator.
