'Apollo' Flow Controls signs leases in Romeoville

ROMEOVILLE - Molto Properties recently signed a long-term lease with "Apollo" Flow Controls at 1881 Normantown Road in Romeoville.

"Apollo" Flow Controls produces and sells flow control products in the commercial and industrial markets. They have operations across the U.S., with manufacturing in North and South Carolina, Indiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee.

The building was developed by Molto in 2015 and is located in the I-55 submarket. The facility features a 32-foot ceiling height, two drive-in doors, 35 docks and parking for 200+ cars and 39 trailers.

Britt Casey, Chris Lydon and Al Caruana, of Cushman and Wakefield, represented "Apollo", while Jim Estus with Colliers represented Molto in the transaction. Meridian Design Group was responsible for "Apollo's" tenant improvements.
