2 held without bail after fatal shooting of 3 Chicago men

CHICAGO (AP) - Two Chicago men are being held without bond in connection with a shooting that left three people dead.

Cook County prosecutors say Timothy Gordon and Jayton Dorsey on Friday sprayed the front of a home in Chicago's Englewood home with more than 40 gunshots. Two men on the porch were killed, as was a man inside the home.

Assistant State's Attorney Craig Taczy said Monday the 19-year-old Gordon and the 21-year-old Dorsey fled the scene in an auto. They were followed onto a nearby expressway by police and were captured after they fled their crashed car.

Fifty-year-old Javon Jackson was stuck eight times and died at Northwestern Memorial Hospital late Friday. Sedrick Ringer suffered nine gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Fifty-two-year-old John Hunter was found dead in the home two days later by relatives looking for him. He had been shot in the thigh.
