Boeing was dishonest
Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg said the company made a mistake in handling the problem that caused two planes to crash that took the lives of 346 people. I would like to remind him that corporations don't make mistakes, that people do. In this instance, Mr. Mullenburg is the one who erred. Maybe he didn't utter a lie, but he lied by omission.
He called the crashes of the two airliners a defining moment for Boeing (whatever that means). But he thinks the result will be a better and stronger company. How about the 346 people who died, Mr. Mullenburg? How about their families? Your unwillingness to be truthful permanently affected the lives of many people.
