DuPage sheriff wrong to thumb nose at Chicago

Our DuPage County Sheriff, in his refusal to help his fellow law enforcement officers in Chicago during their time of need, has shown his constituents that he sidles alongside the cowardly former President Donald Trump and his posse who have surrendered to the rampaging, murderous enemy we are battling - COVID-19.

DuPage County Sheriff Mendrick would surely step up to forcefully use our county's expensive armored vehicles against civil unrest. He'd likely lead the charge against his fellow Americans protesting injustice and inequality, following the example of Trump. We voters will remember Sheriff Mendrick's inaction.
