Grain mixed, livestock mixed
CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Sept. delivery was 3 cents higher at $4.1920 a bushel; Sept. corn was .50 cent lower at $3.2020 bushel; Sept. oats was 1.50 cents higher at $1.7040 a bushel; while August soybeans lost 16 cents to $10.0620 a bushel.
Beef mixed and pork prices were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
August live cattle was .18 cent lower at $1.1585 a pound; August feeder cattle was up .18 cent at $1.4890 pound; August lean hogs was up .15 cent to $.6735 a pound.
