District 103 kindergarten registration Dec. 1

Lincolnshire-Prairieview Elementary District 103 will hold kindergarten registration from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, for children who will be 5 years old before Sept. 1, 2017.

To register, parents or guardians will need to bring: child's original birth certificate or passport; proof of District 103 residency. Requirements that must be completed to establish residency are provided in the procedure posted at www.d103.org/registrationandenrollment.

Forms for required medical, eye and dental examinations will be available online or through your medical provider and must be completed and returned to Sprague School two-weeks before the first day of the 2017-18 school year. For the 2017-18 school year, parents can select the full-day (tuition based) or half-day kindergarten program upon completing online registration process through PowerSchool.
