District 103 to talk start times

The Lincolnshire-Prairie View Elementary District 103 board on Tuesday will again discuss whether to change daily start times for the district's three schools. Administrators spent months studying the issue and are recommending not changing start times for the 2016-17 term. The board meeting is set for 7 p.m. at Wright Junior High, 1370 N. Riverwoods Road.
