Palatine Rotary seeks to donate to local nonprofits

Rotary Club of Palatine is accepting applications from local community organizations for possible donations from the club as part of its annual allocation program. Organizations applying for funding from the Palatine Rotary Club should support the community directly and be tax exempt under Internal Revenue Service code. Code. Money to be distributed was raised during the this year's Oktoberfest celebration held in downtown Palatine. Organizations interested in receiving a charitable allocation should submit an application by Jan. 15. Applications are available at palatinerotary.com.
