Tickets on sale for Uncork Barrington

Tickets are on sale for Uncork Barrington, a charitable wine-tasting event from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, July 6. Set for the Barrington Metra station's tent pavilion, the bash in its 14th year will afford patrons a chance to sample wine from around the world, enjoy live entertainment from The Cabernet Cadets and support community organizations. Tickets are $40 in advance or $50 the day of the event. Admission includes access to over 50 wines, 20 one-ounce tastings, a souvenir wineglass, a passport event guide and complimentary nibbles. Designated driver tickets are $25. There also are $90 VIP tickets.
