Lee & Associates negotiates new lease in Elk Grove Village

ELK GROVE VILLAGE - Lee & Associates has negotiated a new lease transaction for 54,260 square feet of industrial space in a 198,196 square foot building at the Chancellory Business Park, 2551 Allan Drive in Elk Grove Village.

John Cassidy, SIOR, and Ken Franzese, both Principals at Lee & Associates, represented the tenant, Vantec Hitachi Transportation System. The landlord, LaSalle Investment Management, was represented by Colliers International.
