Naperville cops hunting seven car vandals

Naperville police are looking for seven people who damaged four vehicles parked on the top level of the city's Chicago Avenue parking deck.

Authorities on Wednesday said six black men and one white woman, all in their early 20s, were seen jumping on the vehicles about 2 a.m. May 8, damaging the body panels and, in one case, breaking a rear window. The woman is seen on surveillance footage using her phone to capture the vandalism.

Anyone with information is asked to call Naperville Crime Stoppers at (630) 420-6006 or to visit the group's website at napervillecrimestoppers.com. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and callers may remain anonymous.
