Tickets still available for Elgin United Way's Winter Social

There is still time to buy tickets for the United Way of Elgin's Winter Social from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, at the Martini Room, 161 E. Chicago St. in downtown Elgin.

Online tickets are $15 ($20 at the door).

It gets you two drink tickets, appetizers, and a great after-work atmosphere with local art and live music.

Ticket proceeds will benefit the United Way of Elgin and the 17 local social service organizations it supports. It aims to help build and enhance the community by improving the lives of those living within the community. The United Way of Elgin envisions a community where they all work together so individuals and families may achieve a better quality of life through education, financial stability, and good health.
