Celebrating All That Is Feminine fundraiser in Palatine

Celebrating All That Is Feminine, which serves the Northwest suburbs, will host its annual "Pay it Forward" fundraiser at Lamplighter Inn Tavern and Grille, 60 N. Bothwell St. in Palatine, on Friday, Nov. 2. Running from 5 to 9 p.m., the evening will include appetizers, a cash bar and a variety of silent auction items. There also will food and drink specials available. This year's charity beneficiaries are Home of the Sparrow and the Northwest Center Against Sexual Assault.

"We are excited to raise funds for these two amazing charities who assist women and children in their daily work and help to move people in crisis in more positive, and empowering directions," said Dina Wasmund, a founding member of Celebrating All That Is Feminine. The organization is made up of professional women interested in supporting women and making a difference in their lives.
