Coman joins Republic Bancorp as executive vice president and general counsel

• Daniel G. Coman has been named executive vice president and general counsel for Republic Bank and its affiliate companies. He will be joining the Republic Bancorp group Jan. 8, 2024. Coman has more than 30 years of experience with an extensive background in managing and providing professional services at the law firm he founded and as an equity partner in an AMLAW 200 firm. He has expertise and insight into the needs of small- and middle-market companies, their owners, and other stakeholders. Coman is a member of the Illinois Bar, a registered CPA, a licensed real estate managing broker, and holds an MBA from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
