German man arrested after explosives found in apartment

BERLIN (AP) - German police say they have arrested a man after finding explosives during a raid on his apartment.

Frankfurt an der Oder police told the dpa news agency Wednesday that the suspect is a 27-year-old German man who lived in the eastern city of Eisenhuettenstadt.
