Girls soccer: Mazurek's trick carries Conant

Stephanie Mazurek assisted on the first goal of the game, then scored three times herself to help host Conant past Schaumburg 4-2 in Mid-Suburban West girls soccer Monday.

Jess Smeltzer finished a Mazurek assist to get the scoring started. Mazurek's hat trick was assisted by Val Moreno/Smeltzer, Miranda Glennon and Bella Grebenor.

Conant improved to 7-2-0 this spring.
