Darwin Realty names new vice president

ELMHURST - Darwin Realty & Development Corp. recently promoted industrial associate Jeff Provenza to vice president.

Provenza offers a full range of brokerage services including tenant representation, owner representation, build-to-suit projects, site selection, and investment acquisition and disposition services.

Provenza is very active in the O'Hare and West Cook industrial market and in 2015 completed over 780,000 square feet in transactions totaling more than $27 million in value, including the sale of a 263,668 square foot multi-tenant building and the redevelopment sale on a 21-acre site.

Provenza joined Darwin Realty in 2010 and, prior to his real estate career, performed regulatory and consulting work for the commodities industry. He further utilized his financial and accounting skills as an internal auditor and senior financial analyst for Nalco/Ecolab.

Provenza attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
