Accident, roadwork causing delays on I-90 near Barrington

An accident and construction are causing unusual delays on eastbound I-90 near Barrington Road, officials said.

Illinois State Police officials said a property damage accident near Barrington Road at about 5:30 a.m. caused delays on eastbound I-90.

NBC 5 also reports that construction delays in the area created problems pushing the crash off to the side of the road.

Delays are ranging about 30 minutes, officials said.
