Mundelein to talk fire station needs

Mundelein trustees will meet in a committee-of-the-whole session on Monday to review a study into the possibility of a third fire station in town. The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. at village hall, 300 Plaza Circle. It can be viewed via the village's website, mundelein.org. The village's two fire stations are on Lake Street and Midlothian Road. Officials have discussed building a station on the southeast side of the University of St. Mary of the Lake campus on Route 176.
